Liveblog Countdown: “Semiramide”

[Ready for mustard pullovers and epic eyerolling? – Josef Wagner (Assur) and Ann Hallenberg (Arsace) in Rossini’s “Semiramide”, Ghent 2011]

34 hours to go.

And apropos liveblogs: I am currently sorting all through all of our previous liveblogs and the liveblog announcements to add a menu point ‘Liveblogs’ for easier access and rereading (it will take you to the ‘liveblog extravaganza’ tag).

Basically, this means editing said tag so that all the liveblog announcements or countdowns, like the one one you are just reading – in case you would like to revisit the snark or the photos of those – will be filed under ‘upcoming liveblog’, whereas ‘liveblog extravaganza’ is now reseverd to actual liveblog threads.

I hope I tagged all our liveblogs accordingly, all the way back to Liège 2010. If I missed one, please let me know so I can edit the tags and add it to the list.
